Soul Synchronization Process Meditation

Hello!

Welcome to your Soul Synchronization Process Meditation! This is a practice that I learned and adapted from a former teacher. I’ll start with a few suggestions for how to set yourself up for success with this meditation practice.

Consider the following, but always listen to your personal needs. Individuals experiencing the symptoms referred to as post-traumatic stress disorder may find particular postures, environments, and meditations overwhelming. If this is or might be you, please be particularly gentle with yourself and mindful of your state when cultivating your meditation style.

Listen in a low-stimulation environment: dim or natural lighting, no or low audio other than the meditation track, and minimize or eliminate external interruptions.

When first practiced, this meditation will likely be most effective either sitting up with your feet on the floor or sitting cross-legged on the floor. As you become more experienced with the flow of the meditation track you may choose to experiment with it while lying down, standing up, or walking. Each position offers pros and cons. Sitting upright but relaxed is a very reliable ‘neutral’ position for this practice.

As with any meditation practice, your experiences with the Soul Synchronization Process will evolve each time you listen to the track, especially if it becomes a regular part of your routine.
